Ø Recruitment (80 % )
Ø Joining formalities & documentation.
Ø Induction & Orientation
Ø Maintaining & update personal Files
Ø Issuing various letters like Offer letter, Appointment Letter, Salary Certificate, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter etc.
Ø Exit Interviews/Exit Formalities
Ø Payroll
Ø Candidates having a Manufacturing Background will be an added advantage
Ø Candidates working in a consultancy firm do not apply
