Job description:
To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR & Admin functions.
Collecting payroll inputs, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information in the system.
Ensure timely resolution of employee grievances and queries related to payroll.
Checking the authenticity of the reports related with Salary, compensation and expenses of field staff.
Good exposure in handling issue related PF, ESI, PT, LWF & Minimum Wages.
Expert in Advanced Excel, Payroll ERP Software, Leave & Attendance Software .
Collecting payroll inputs, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information in the system.
Validation of Employee Full & Final settlement & payment and ensuring pay-out within timelines.
Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
