JOB DETAILS
5-7 Years experience in Payroll & Compliance
Should be able to manage attendance and salary processing.
Should know online returns filing for PF, ESIC,PT etc. including I Tax calculation and generating Form 16
Should be able to Manage Audit and Factory Inspectors
Must have knowledge of maintaining all books & Registers pertaining to Payroll and statutory compliance.
Should be well versed with Excel and standard Payroll software in practice will be an added advantage.
Must be stable in his/her career,but not a job hooper
