JOB DETAILS
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities including, but not limited to: develop job descriptions; advertising vacancies; screening and shortlisting candidates; liaising with hiring managers; coordinating interviews).
Be responsible for monitoring adherence to company policies (appraisals, objective setting, one to ones, return to work, interviews etc.
Handle employee grievances and understand resolve them as quickly as possible
Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating
