Job description
Required
• 7-8 Year working experience in Human Resource, Payroll, Admin and Compliance related role in medium or large manufacturing set up
• Degree in Human Resources and Post-Graduation/ MBA will be added advantage
• Knowledge of labour, companies act, and factory related compliances
• Marathi and English verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent capabilities on Excel and PowerPoint
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company and external
• Ability to work independently with minimum guidance and self-driven
• Excellent decision-making and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
HR and Payroll
• Overseeing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources
• Identifying specialized & potential candidates through various channels viz., job portal, college placements, HR Agencies & walk-ins
• Scheduling & conducting HR interviews for all positions consulting with the concerned manager for team recruitment
• Negotiating with potential hires, extending offers, facilitating the selection
• Induction & Orientation of New Employee with company policies, rules and regulations
• Employee on boarding with complete formalities which include documentation, releasing offer letter, appointment letter, KYC documentation. Issue ID Cards, assist in bank account opening, printing visiting cards, SIM Card, etc.
• Employee Verification including Previous Employer Verification, Address and Personal Details verification as required
• Exit Formalities and Full & final settlement
• Preparing leave, attendance, OT record for monthly salary disbursement using manual or biometric system
• Payroll processing and associated activities carried out on a month-on-month basis within appropriate timeframes
• Computation and disbursement of Increments, Bonus, Statutory Compliances of PF, ESCI etc. and any other deductions
• Maintain Employee Master Data record and Employee files maintenance
• Handling employee grievances via mentoring & counselling employees
• Issue employee letters and certificates including warning letter, appraisal Letters, Bonus, appreciation certificates, Bonds etc.
• Manage Employee Performance Review and Appraisal Management
Compliance
• Candidate will be responsible to ensure compliance to Factory, Shops & Establishment, ESIC, Provident Fund, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, Contract Labour Laws, Fire and Safety related compliances and all local laws
• Candidate would be responsible for Handling Social Compliance Audits such as Smeta (Sedex), and other client audits
• Support all internal and external audits related to HR, Admin, and factory
Others
• HR Policies drafting, implementation, timely renewal, and approvals
• Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures
• Employee Training and Development
• Preparation of MIS Reports and Adhoc Management Reports
• Handling of Group Reporting requirements
• Coordinating labour welfare committees, maintain records and take necessary measures
• Ensure documentation as per company standards and statutory requirements
