Roles and Responsibilities
Housekeeping Management.
Transportation management Company as well as Vendor vehicle.
Horticulture Management.
Pest control activities - MSDS, Trend analysis, Frequency of services,
Laundry services.
Canteen Management.
Administration work like pantry services, Stationary records, Courier
tracking, Vendor management, Monthly bill verification, Coordinate to client and build the harmonious relationship to
local government offices and local authorities.
Liaisoning work in government office.
Security management.
Contract labour management and maintain all MIS reports
Factory related Statutory Compliances like Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, contract labour act, factory act, minimum wages act, maternity act, standing order, and dispute resolution under Industrial dispute act for organization
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Must be good in communication Skills & Presentation Skills.
