Attendance and payroll processing along with 3rd party
- Dealing with all Staff & workers for Salary , leave, attendance related issues
- Independently handling joining and exit formalities
- Working closely with other departments to understand Manpower requirement
- Working with 3rd parties for recruitments
- Recruiting workers for Rubber products manufacturing company
- Liasoning with ITI Institutes for recruitment.
- Basic Administration work
- Reporting to global HR team as & when required
- Assist in HR Audits
- Compliance of Labor Laws
- Induction of new joiners
- Developing, implementing policies, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
- Undertaking regular salary reviews;
- Negotiating with staff and their representatives (for example, trade union officials) on issues relating to pay and conditions;
- Maintaining employee records;
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Organize activities for better Team Culture within the various departments
- Organize Training Programs as per requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification Graduate + Good in English & Marathi Communication + Computer savvy ( Excel & Word minimum) + diploma or MBA in HR(added advantage)
