Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinating with hiring managers for position requirement
Screening resumes from Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn portals
Joining and on-boarding for employees
Attendance and Leave Management
File Management and other HR admin work
Exit Formalities
Desired Candidate Profile
Only female candidates are preferred
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and on-boarding activities.
The ability to work quickly, flexibly, effectively and positively in response to requests made at short notice.
1-2 years management experience in HR preferable
