Job description
5oles and Responsibilities:
1) On-Boarding & Induction of new joinees for assigned Zones.
2) Attendance Management - Coordination with employees and Reporting Manager for marking attendance
3) Contract extension Management - Employee Contract extension follows with Reporting Manager
4) Transfer Management
5) Exit processing - Coordination with employees and Reporting Manager as when employee resigns and updating in HRMS
6) MIS reports - Every activity should be maintained in Offline mode as well as MIS report
7) Master data base Management - Ensure employee master is updated always
8) Handle employee queries wihtout escalations
9) Issuance of Show cause notice, PIP letters, Absconding letters etc and timely closure withing TAT
10) Collate and submit employees dependents details for enrolment in Medicare policy
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations
2) Current profile must be handling more than 500 employees
3) Must have good Excel skills
4) PG is must
5) Must join within 30 days
