Roles and Responsibilities
A) Understanding the Manpower Requirements from the HODs
B) Preparing Job description for required manpower, advertising them to get best candidates and handling the employment process.
C) Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process
D) Arranging the interviews and coordinating with the Interviewers
E) Taking the first round of interviews.
F) Preparing Job Offers
G) Handling the orientation of new employees
H) Handling & Managing data of recruitment.
I) Present reports on recruitment and analyses the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience into Talent Acquisition
Proficient in MS Office
