Roles and Responsibilities
Creation of JD across functions
Driving TA & some amount of HR ops
Executing the Training Needs identification of cluster/ business.
designing of training both soft-skills/leadership & hard-skills
Identify training partners to drive the same
Creation of training calender for the year in discussion with HR head & stakeholders.
Mapping effectiveness of training & followup of repeat training.
Training cost budgeting
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA HR with minimum 5 years of experience
Exposure to Generalist HR role with specific experience in driving Talent acquisition & process centering around it and has wide exposure in L&D
Exposure in identification of training needs, creation of training calender & ability to take training sessions which is organization specific
Excellent communication skills and high level of negotiation skills.
Should have good analytical ability, team player.

Compensation around 5.5 lacs pa.
