Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Finding the hiring requirements in the organization
2. Using recruitment portal for Head Hunting and Posting Job Vacancies
3. Bulk Mailing, Pre-screening and calling relevant candidate for Interview scheduling
4. Using other media platform for searching Candidates
5. coordinating with candidate till the onboarding of the candidate
6. Identifying gaps in manpower and filling up the gaps of various vacancies
7. Managing MIS of the workings
9.Identifying, interviewing, qualifying, evaluating and negotiating rates for applicants for different profiles.
10.Completing the joining formalities of new employees.
11. Handling the staff grievance .
12.Complying with employees from on boarding to off boarding process for the formalities
13. Maintaining MIS of Employees Data
*Relevant experience must with Any NBFC/Financial Service/Bank*
Desired Candidate Profile :Must have experience in HR Domain of 3-5 years
