Roles and Responsibilities
1.Education & Training budgeting and monitoring 2. Competency Enhancement Program (CEP) for Staff
3. Skill Enhancement Program (SEP) for Associate -On rolls & FTE's. 4. Vidya Niketan - Operations, up gradation and maintenance 5. Training Needs analysis & identification.
6. Assist in HR operations
7. Coordinate with Corporate HR for all trainings and development related tasks. 8. Assist in implementation of safety related activities 9. Safety presentation and closing of safety audit findings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required 1-2 years experience in HR generalist role
He should having good communication and presentation skill.
Good MS Office skill
