Manpower planning Develop yearly/ monthly manpower plan budgeted Vs Actual in collaboration with other departments.
100% focus on Recruitment and hiring for direct and indirect, Induction, Orientation of the new joiners,Support Target and incentive rollout, grievance handling, Engagement interventions with the team to improvise on productivity, minimizing attrition candidate have knowledge of payroll, salary all localities, Recruitment,
Manages the complete employee lifecycle in terms of data updates, HRMS, policies, tracking and reporting.
Track Probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally through letters.
Develop and assign SMART KRA & KPIs to all employees.
Develop & Implement process of Monthly/Quarterly/annual appraisals
Manpower Budgeting and creating Recruitment Request,Ensuring the CTC offered is as per budget.
Identifying training needs, training initiatives, training effectiveness evaluation and organizing need based training.
Ensure that the operational staff is always motivated by conducting various employee engagement activities.
Create & Implement SOP'S for Each department
Business Expansions like Branch Expansions in different locations.
Represent management for the legal litigations / PF/ESIC/Labour/Etc..,conciliation related to HR.
General Administration and develop Organisation Structure with reporting System.
Be responsible for overall HR MIS.
