Responsibilities :
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process .
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Work on strategic global hiring programs.
Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
This will be an individual contributor role handling real-time end-to-end India recruitment.
Procure people for different IT Requirements.
Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
Will be responsible for managing requirements from Mid to Senior level.
In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Companys growth perspective in mind.
Keeping abreast of the industry trends.
Requirements :
The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a 2-4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates (IT, Engineering, Data, etc.)
Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
Must be able to join within 10 days.
