Principal Accountabilities
Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Coordinate with HOD’s/internal team/ stakeholders and organize training sessions.
Conduct training trainer workshops to ensure effectiveness
Collating training feedback to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.
Managing the Learning & Development budget
Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals on quarterly basis (e.g. KRA forms, goal creation, approvals and communications).
Develop / Revamp HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Conducting Employee Engagement activities
Effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Manage employees’ grievances.
Create and run referral programs.
Reports & MIS preparation on weekly basis
Oversee daily operations
