Job Description:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for mechanical engineering positions.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
Utilize various sourcing channels and networks to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state and local laws for all positions.
Design and implement employee development programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of Engineers
Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to employees.
Identify training needs, recommend appropriate learning opportunities, and facilitate training sessions as required.
Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement and team building activities.
Address employee concerns and grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Liaise with Accounts and Office Manager to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage employee benefits programs, including healthcare, insurance, and retirement plans.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Desired Profile:
MBA in Human Resource, BE - Mechanical engineering would be added advantage.
Excellent understanding of human resource management, policies, compliances, etc.,
4-8 years experience as Human resource executive / manager, in an engineering consulting business, with a focus on mechanical engineering services.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
