JOB DETAILS              
a) Proactively lead the Human Resource Management vertical of the zonal office. b) To manage Zonal Attendance management, Leave management, employee engagement and liaison with stakeholders for HR related issues. c) To manage Contractual Billing including attendance verification & invoice verification and taking approval of Zonal Senior Officials and process for payment. d) Coordinating with the visitors regarding their visit to zonal office for orientation or official visit. e) Daily routine Admin work (Stationery, Printing, and others) 2. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) a) Time office activities: - Attendance, Leave Management in Excel and as well as manual register needs to be maintained on Monthly basis. b) Ensure daily attendances are recorded of employees. c) Sharing MRF to Central HR and assist in shortlisting, scheduling interview and hiring of candidates as per Plant requirement, with necessary approvals. d) Contract and licensing- timely renewal of all types of contractual papers of vendors, contract labour etc. e) Coordination with Plant Heads/Site In charge/Zonal Head for On Role & Contractual Staff Salary Processing, query resolution and Grievance Handling. f) Taking contractual attendances and get approval by Plants Heads. g) Verify the contractual staffs Salary/Wages sheets as per Labor Law norms and get approval of Zonal Senior Officials. h) Verifying Invoices received from Contractors and process for payment. i) Maintain record of employment and labour welfare policy, factory licenses, pollution control board, Work man compensation etc. j) Responsible for ensuring compliance with its statutory obligations for Labor compliance as directed by VP - HR. k) Maintain statutory payments and challans record of ESIC, EPF etc. of the Zone. l) Update Central HR on joining of New employees. m) Maintain Complete Master data of Zonal Employees and contractual employee data base and submit to VP HR on monthly basis. n) Maintain MIS of payroll and contractual employee data base and submit to VP HR on monthly basis. o) Continually educate employees on company policies (including company code of conduct, business code of conduct, sexual harassment, behavioral Etiquette and decorum, plant dress code, and social media permissions, etc.). p) Assist HR in conducting progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances of employees. q) Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues. r) Arrange Monthly visit to Plants/Sites/BOOT for audit and share feedback to VP HR. s) Ensure medical screening of employees as per mandate of client and maintain records of same. t) Assist Central HR in collating and furnishing the requisites of Zonal Employees. u) Assist Central HR in Exit Documentation and Full & Final Settlement for Separated Employees. v) Highlight any deviated issue before Management for precautionary /remedial actions. w) Ensure secrecy of database, technological initiatives and business plans of the Company. x) Monitor HSSE / EHS standards of Project Sites in consultation with Sites in Charge and as per Company Policy.
