Achieving Recruitment Targets in given deadline
Screening the applications Coordinate for interviews to reduce the turn around time
Carry out reference check for the new recruits
Preparation of Monthly payroll
Timely payment for PF,ESIC etc..
Performance Appraisal and Performance incentive Management
Drafting of Policies and Procedures
To handle Employee engagement activities like fun at work, controlling attrition, employees grievance settlement,
Induction, On-boarding, documentation, Joining formalities, exit interview analysis
Preparation and issue of appointment letters
Preparation and Maintenance of complete database of all the employees.
Maintenance and updation of daily attendance records
Maintenance and updation of Individual Employee file for all the employees
Liasioning with Provident Fund Consultant and furnishing of the relevant information for Opening, closure or transfer of Provident Fund accounts of the employees and getting it implemented
Providing necessary reports to management and maintaining HR Dashboard such as (Attrition, Staffing, Availability ratio, other MIS reports )
Preparation and providing of need based MIS reports and furnishing of various information to the Management
To actively participate in any HR Initiatives and provide suggestions and ideas from time to time
To manage all company owned assets.
