JOB DETAILS
1. Must be able to head the HR department with complete HR gamut independently
2. Must be processing/have processed employee salary using both manual & software method for at least 1000 employees.
3. Must be handling/have handled calculation and generation online challans of PF, ESIS, PT, LWF & other statutory compliance.
4. Well versed with recruitment process, disciplinary action, performance appraisal and Labour laws
5. Must be able to calculate statutory bonus, Various Arrears and Full and Final settlement
6. Miscellaneous work as and when required.
