JOB DETAILS
The individual will be a key member of Learning & Development team and shall report to the Manager - Learning & Development. Responsibilities include identifying the training and development needs within the organization, designing and expanding training programs as per business requirements, and ensuring effective delivery of the learning initiatives across locations. The individual will be the brand custodian, reflecting the values in engaging and enhancing the knowledge and skills in the firm.
The individual should be a go-getter, self-starter, articulate and detail-oriented, with an ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels- both internal and external.
Job Responsibilities
New Hire Orientation program-
Coordinating with other functions (IT, admin, finance etc.) to schedule orientation sessions.
Planning and executing the agreed process
New hire on-boarding, documentations, P File management etc
Associate & SA Training schedules-
Planning and executing the agreed process
Examine, research and strengthen the relationship between CDC and TNA to enhance impact
External Vendor-
Recording external trainer feedback
Managing invoice / logistics etc for the external trainer sessions / events
Learning & Development analytics & reporting's
Tracking and maintaining learning database
TRO
Attendance monitoring
Identifying suitable dates in line with global, regional and local event calendar
Update records for all employees on a real time basis - event creation and registration (a month in advance), event participation, facilitator contribution and feedback score, training recommendations from CDC and reminders, etc.
Provide MIS from TrO for CDC kits and as required from time to time
Supporting regional and global teams for logistics for trainings in India. Also provide information required for India offices.
Maintaining records of all invoices raised (training events, external trainers etc)
