PriceSenz is looking to hire a passionate Senior IT Talent Specialist for our IT staffing business unit. The culture is extremely collaborative and respectful, but relaxed and we are looking for someone who can excel in an ever-evolving environment. The position is fulltime and 100% remote.

Responsibilities
Identifying, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our IT contract and direct hire needs for our US clients.
Activities include sourcing, interviewing, qualifying, and relationship building utilizing our internal company database as well as other industry leading sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
Build strong relationships and develop a network of qualified candidates/pipelines.
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
Basic Requirements
5 plus years of Experience as a US IT / IT Recruiter.
Experience in Executive / Leadership Hiring.
Solid technical background needed to understand as well as explain requirements for IT-related jobs
Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Strong Knowledge of end-to-end IT Recruitment process.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
Go-Getter and Someone with passion in recruiting.
Flexible to work in the Night Shifts.
Bachelors Degree from a Recognized University ( preferred )
