Developing and maintaining regular and proactive connect with employees, team leads and managers through one-to-one & skip-level meetings.
Conducting one-to-one meetings with employees as well as with process owners for performance feedback, areas of concern, and disciplinary issues.
Managing attrition and taking care of exit formalities.
