Job description
The incumbent shall be responsible for supporting the Compensation Lead in preparation, planning and administration of the compensation and benefits system in the organization.
He/She shall be responsible for preparing sheets and other resources required for discussions around the annual performance review process and supporting the compilation of budgeting sheet comprising detailed rules on compensation and contributing to consulting surveys concerning compensation trends in the wider domain.
Co-ordinate with PMS team to generate compensation fitment extracts basis recommended increments and promotions for different stakeholders
Create budgeting sheet comprising of basic rules about the compensation process and detailed costs in co-ordination with Compensation Lead
Analysis of compensation benchmarks and support organization standpoint on compensation and increments
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills: Analytical, Resourceful and self-motivated
Technical: Knowledge of Advanced Excel is a must, SAP knowledge would be an added advantage
Qualification: Graduate or Post-Graduate
Practice and Other Requirements: 3+ years of relevant work experience in HR MIS, analytics, payroll or reporting.
