Position Senior Manager – HR Operations
Exp - 12+ years
Location – Pune / Ahmedabad (currently WFH)
Notice Period- Immediate
Industry – IT/ITES/BPO
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 12+ years of HR or People Operations related experience within high-growth Digital
Engineering Services Companies.
2. Experience in managing the HR – Operations of multi-location, multinational services
organization over 2000 people in similar capacity in a progressive role.
3. An MBA from a reputed school

Must Have:
1. Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-today execution
2. Experience in delivery of core HR services through end-to-end framework
3. Experience in post-merger & acquisition integration process
4. Strong experience of migrating & integrating new HR tools & technologies
5. Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating various HR projects
