JOB DETAILS
Reporting to the Head of HR, based in HongKong.
Lead the HR team to design and implement HR Policies, Processes and Practices (employee relations, rewards, learning and development, compensation & benefits and performance management) to continuously aim at uplifting the human capital performance within the organisation.
Closely work with the Talent Acquisition team on the entire recruitment cycle to ensure attraction of talented hires.
Focus on working with all management teams to identify individual development needs within the team and design development plans to coach managers on HR issues.
Guide all managers on the usage of all policies and procedures across Asia and keep up to date with current and new employment labor laws to ensure legal compliance of company rules and regulations.
