Job description A part of the Human Resource team, responsible for supporting an organization within every area of a company's Human Resources operations. Ideal candidate would be having 3-6 years of experience in HR Generalist role & responsible for day to day HR activities. Key Accountabilities : Responsible for handling the complete employee life cycle (Joining till Exit) To ensure that the monthly HRP (Human Resource Planning) of the assigned vertical to be done within due TAT To carry out the talent acquisition (recruitment) as per the pre-decided manpower requirements. Prepare & issue offer letters Catering other HR processes like confirmations, performance management, absence etc. Record keeping and documentation Supports resolution of employee relations issues and conducts investigations as necessary. Employee engagement initiatives like handling employee queries, R&R, formal one on ones, HR connects, new hire induction etc. Maintaining & preparing various HR Reports & Dashboard Should have knowledge of Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.) Must have experience in Team Handling Candidate Profile: 10+ years of experience in HR Generalist role Strong interpersonal and communication skill Experience in co-ordinating with middle and higher-level management Should be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point etc.), Planning & Time management skills Good team leading skills RoleHR Manager Industry TypeReal Estate Functional AreaHR, Recruitment, Administration, IR Employment TypeFull Time, Permanent Role CategoryHR/ Recruitment / IR Education PG :MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
