Role & responsibilities
1. Creation and delivery of learning programs and driving post workshop action plans
2. Play a key role in conducting Job Evaluation and Competency Mapping for sales
3. Equip Regional HR team by conducting process cascades and behavioral skills workshops
4. Design and implement clear communication strategies for key HR areas
5. Lead the design and implementation of process improvements and digitization to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
