Our client is a major Retail led builder - Developer and into Mall Management . For their Corporate Office at Lower Parel, they are looking for the right profile for the position of " Senior Manager - HR " from OD , T&D and PMS background as per the given details.
Job Overview
To direct, manage and coordinate, all areas of Human Resources providing value added support services to meet business/employee relations needs.
Educational Qualifications : PGDHR / MBA HR
Knowledge & Experience :
8 - 10 years experience having exposure to employee relations, policy formulation, statutory compliances, Compensation & benefits
Should have taken initiatives and led projects independently
Candidate from BPO / ITES sector would be preferred.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Offer roll outs
Thomas profiling of candidates, work with hiring managers for entire TA process
Ensure JDs are in place for all roles across various functions
Partners with TA partners, oversees governance process.
Compensation and Benefits
Manages Comp & benefits activities for the organization.
Supports HR head for C&B benchmarking study.
Performance Management
Manages the PDS process, promotions, lateral movements and job rotation plans.
Manage the PIP process, act as advisor to managers for implementing PIP plan for their teams (if required)
Employee Relations
Ensures pro-active employee relations strategies and activities providing counsel and guidance to both managers and employees.
Will be responsible for staff welfare activities and creating a fun environment by organizing events
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Will be responsible for grievance handling and counseling
Manage the exit process, exit interviews, attrition analysis
Training
Will identify the training needs at across levels and develop the requisite training programs
Implement L&D plan
Statutory Compliance
Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
Ensures awareness and provide advice on statutory or regulatory requirements in all areas of staff management such as compensation & benefits, recruitment and selection, etc.
Ensure that policies comply with state law.
Directs the development of advanced Human Resource policies and procedures to support business needs and ensure legislative compliance.
Organization Development
Interprets company goals into department goals and ensures communication to employees.
Work with HR head for org development initiatives.
Prepares HR polices & processes, continuous review and Updation
Organization Planning
Prepares budget of human resources
Plans and ensures optimum use of resources; administers and monitors cost against budget.
Prepares reports and implements procedures to reduce turnover by creating effective retention tools
Supports in monthly forecast of HR budget
Reporting HR dashboard, Recruitment Tracker & various other HR related reports
