1. Refine and Drive the Performance Management system across the network by working in close coordination with School Partners. Anchor goal setting discussions with school teams and Head Office Members
2. Develop, Implement and Drive a Reward and Recognition framework for the organization
3. Manage our Employee Engagement Survey. Define action plans for HO and oversee closure of action plans for schools. Define and implement appropriate employee engagement initiatives to ensure an increase in the overall employee engagement score for the network
4. Anchor Talent Development Reviews and Monitor Progress
5. Define and implement capability building interventions and Leadership Development Programmes.
6. Should be adept at handling large volume of data and using advanced formulae in excel
