Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor/ Master' Degree in Human Resources or related business field
7-8 years of experience in a human resources supervisory position
Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
Comprehensive understanding of local, state and federal employment laws
Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

Our experienced and hands-on team guides and coaches each General Manager and hotels senior team on a daily basis, implementing best practice at every level in the business. The operational team undertakes regular hotel operational and financial reviews driving performance.
Our current portfolio of hotels include the 120 bed Hampton By Hilton Croydon, 110 bed Mercure Edinburgh Haymarket, 172 bed AC Marriott Manchester Cable Street and 150 bed upcoming project in Edinburgh Torphicen Street.
We are continuously looking to increase our footprint in the UK hotel market. Our development team is in contact with leading property agents in the UK while conducting their own research for viable sites.
