POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources functions of an organization. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization's overall goals and objectives. Your expertise in HR management, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development will be instrumental in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring the organization's talent needs are met. We are looking for a dynamic individual in our Mumbai based office. ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives. Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and retention. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the team with recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes. Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. Implement best practices in performance management, career development, and succession planning. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations issues, promoting positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are in compliance with labor laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and ensure policies and practices are adjusted accordingly. Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the finance department to design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs. Monitor industry trends and benchmark compensation to attract and retain top talent. Training and Development: Identify training and development needs within the organization. Coordinate the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and career growth. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and coaching. Provide guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques and support them in addressing performance issues. Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives. Develop and execute employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities. HR Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, make recommendations, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and make data-driven recommendations. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in HR management, with a focus on strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven experience in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze HR data to drive decision-making. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
