Job description
Godrej Properties is seeking an a Senior HR Executive who can contribute towards its growth journey.
The role involves:
Tracking and analyzing human capital metrics relating to headcount, turnover, diversity, recruitment, talent and other personnel related activities
Designing and developing timely and accurate reports and dashboards from the HRIS software using database reporting tools
Managing L&D Operations, E-learning systems, trouble shooting and MIS maintenance
Back end readiness to launch performance forms, employee surveys and data analysis
Rigorous follow up with multiple stakeholders and closure orientation towards people processes as per requirement
Supporting the team on critical projects relating to Organization Effectiveness/Total Rewards/Talent
Only candidates with strong command over consolidating data from multiple excel sheets, pivot tables, advanced Excel formulas can apply.
