Job description
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process by identifying candidates, conducting background/reference checks, issuing offer letters, and assisting employees through onboarding tasks.
Handle all HR inquires related to payroll, benefits, policy administration, leaves of absence, and other employee-related needs.
Plan and facilitate new hire orientation program and on-boarding activities to assure a smooth transition to the organization.
Manage and administer employee relations, open enrollment, benefits, compensation, and policy and procedures.
Coordinating with Diuferent Clients (IT NON-IT) and Close their Positions Based upon the JD in the Given TAT.
Screening the Candidates bases on JD and Scheduling Their interviews with the Client based on the HR and Senior Management Availability.
Coordinating with Management and getting the Feedback of the candidate who attended the Interview and updating the same to the Candidate.
Conducting Telephone Personal Interviews in Coordination with Departments.
Preparing Updating of MIS Report on a daily basis.
Tracking Attendance, Maintaining Leave records, PF Records, Issue Letters, etc.
Manage and strengthen the relationship between the hiring managers and the recruiting team.
