JOB DETAILS
Min 8 years' relevant experience in MNCs, preferably in a professional services industry. Specialist recruitment/headhunting experience preferable with at least 3 years' experience as a HR business partner. Experience working in a matrixed organisation in a standalone role in India advantageous.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; ability to be hands-on and operational while be able to handle strategic projects.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to deliver results in a high-pressured environment.
Able to forge strong relationships both internally and externally at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills.
A team player with positive 'can do' attitude and resilient in a changing environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of India labour regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc) and HR data base, ideally PeopleSoft.
