Responsible for identifying talent that meets specific company requirements
Calling candidates and discuss job openings. Build a strong working relationship with internal stakeholders.
Match the skill sets of the candidates to the job description provided by analyzing and screening their resumes and the discussion.
Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position based on specifications
Involved in sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases and professional networking.
Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates
Post jobs on the portals to increase the pool of candidates
Develop creative ways to attract the right people for the available opportunities
Handling payroll of the employees
