Job Summary:
Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Communications
Work closely with managers & employees, mentor & counsel employees when required, and address employee grievances
Drive Town hall meetings, Focussed group discussions at regular intervals.
Work towards smooth onboarding of new joiners and Assimilation programs.
Work on cultural and creative employee engagement/ related interventions
Skip level meetings
Drive culture audits & employee surveys at the organization level
Attrition management & employee retention
Conduct & manage Business unit R&R programs.
Timely closure of Annual and Mid-year performance appraisals and Promotions
Handling Organizational level Annual Rewards & Recognition Programs.
Should identify the training needs of corporate teams. Follow-ups to ensure training objectives are met
Organization cultural alignment by understanding nuances of different functions operating of the business
Should perform other related tasks as assigned.
Talent Management
Work on identifying top talent, focus on individual development plans, and support succession planning
Partner with internal corporate HR teams, Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B, HR operations teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate-level initiatives
Performance Management
Drive performance management process with regards to goal setting, performance discussions, annual reviews, and consequence management.
Timely closure of Annual and Mid-year performance appraisals and Promotions
MIS & Data Management
Maintain the organization chart regularly
Maintain employee database & prepare periodic reports and analysis for the respective functions within corporate as per requirements
Analyse trends & metrics in partnership with other HR departments to develop solutions, programs & policies.
Goals:
Contribute to the total health of the Business Unit workforce.
Skill & Qualification Requirements:
Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Core HRBP
MBA HR specialization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent Organizational skills & attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
E Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & data analytics
