The recruiter is responsible for managing the end to end HR Recruitment activities.
This requires Talent Acquisition, with full cycle recruiting experience, to identify, to shortlist, screen, induct and onboard the qualified, suitable Professionals to fill the respective roles
Responsibilities and Duties
Discussing the need from different internal stockholders to understand the recruitment need.
Preparing specifications, scope & the nature of the job with appropriate attributes, for the required candidates.
To advertise desired candidates through various channels, viz. online portals, references, social media and Campus hiring, etc. to find the right fitments.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills & experience to ensure the right fit for the company.
Conducting initial screening and scheduling interviews by following the criteria strictly.
Induction, Training & On-boarding of the new employees.
Efficiently handle joining formalities & Exit interviews.
Adhere to the management requirement from time to time.
Prepare an MIS report of the employees.
To assist the accountant in payroll processes.
Be present during the project launches & give inference of the capabilities of sales-forces.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification-
Any Graduate
Preferably MBA(HR)
Skills-
Total 2-7 Years of experience in HR Recruitment.
2 years of Hiring Sales Force.
Real Estate Recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
Proficiency to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress based, etc.)
Efficient with HR databases, Job portals, online Media, applicant tracking systems and CMS.
Confident, self-starter & presentable personality.
Proactively participating & initiating each HR Activities.
Excellent English & Hindi communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
Compensation:
INR2,50,000 to 5,00,000 P.A
Salary not a constraint for the right candidate
Mobile & Official Travel reimbursed.
