The candidate will be responsible for candidate recruitment to meet the staffing needs of the company,
Initial screening and validating the profiles based on qualification, years of experience & the criteria’s mentioned in requisition form.
Involve in the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placing a candidate.
Database leverage and direct contact with possible candidates.
Posting the requirements/jobs on various portals like Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed
Performing Boolean searches using job boards such as Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed
Personal interaction with the candidates and scheduling analytical and technical interviews with the respective Managers.
Handling Recruitment at all levels
Interviewing the candidates, negotiating with the salary etc.
On-boarding the new joiners and assisting them to be oriented into the division
Assisting in all the Joining Formalities in Coordination with Payroll Team
Ensuring that the recruited candidate stays for a minimum of 1 year.
