Introduction to Position: Senior Recruiter
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to oversee all talent acquisition activities of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees. Responsibilities include understanding different requirements & creating proper recruitment process and implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems.
Roles and responsibilities:
Candidate must have experience into end to end Recruitment process.
Should be aware with the process of Recruiting, searching, scheduling interviews, negotiation of salary and closing.
Experience in Sourcing profiles through Job Portals, Networking, Headhunting & Social
Networking Sites
Collecting requirement from Respective Account Manager.
Coordinating with interview panel for Telephonic and Personal Interview.
Negotiating salaries and closing the requirement as well as follow up till the joining.
Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment.
Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally
Hands-on experience on Recruitment process/ mass-hiring/ RPO/ ATS
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 to 4 years of IT Recruitment experience required
Excellent English speaking, reading , writing skills
The candidates must have understanding of full life cycle of RECRUITING process from
understanding the JD, sourcing to closure/joining.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel skill is mandatory)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Industry could be IT or Non- IT
Experience handling 2 members atleast.
