For Recruiter you should be proficient in
Recruitment and know how to use channels Other than Naukri , like social Media paid/unpaid, placement recruitment agencies, unconventional channels, use LinkedIn to build the firms profile ad build your network etc.
You should have solid experience recruiting for digital, ecommerce or start up kind of businesses, departments like digital marketing, tech, mobile app, crm, social media, UXUI and such positions.
Maintain a buffer list of good candidates for future openings
Constantly engage with department heads and operations team to track the risk of attritions or people on notice period and have a pipeline ready
Maintain engagement with good potential candidates for future openings
Recruitment will require you to understand JDS work profiles and be very good in pre-screening conveying the firm's culture and ensuring you use the entire interview process to filter candidates
other tasks are
Closely monitoring the extensive and structured training induction system and during the time map out candidates strength and weakness
You will track risks and manage retentions by proper engagement
understand and execute the performance management system to groom talent and identify strong weak performers and act accordingly
if you are a senior and have a deep understanding of recruitment and team building then you can: work closely with CEO to understand the organizational strategy.
the salary range will be from 3.5-6 lacs per annum depending upon skills and Experience.
Will be 6 days working Mon-Sat 10am-7pm , this is an Work From Office job .
