Job Description:
You would be responsible for end to end HR activities of a Mid Sized office location which has about 150 employees. You will be required to manage all activities including but not limited to:
Recruitment: (Hiring for all positions within the organisation from Entry level agents, to managerial and administrative positions. A lot of the positions require hiring people internationally)
Orientation: You will be responsible to orient all new hires about the company
Employee relations: You will be responsible to maintain good relations with all employees
Additional basic office responsibilities on the need basis
