Job description Roles and Responsibilities 1. Should be able to prepare HR Policies Formulation like (Expanses, Leave, Offer, Appointment, Non disclosure, Salary, Transfer, Attendance, Resignation, termination, Confirmation, Increment, office Discipline, Training & development, Bonus, ESIC, EPF, Gratuity, PMS etc.) & Implementation of these policy. 2. Should be able to conduct Motivational & PDP training to employees. 3. Should be responsible for Induction/Training to new joined employees for field and HO personnel about company, rules & regulation, policies and hierarchy of employees etc. 4. Should be responsible for hiring different Senior positions and selected recruitments for different departments as desired by company on time to time basis. 5.Should be responsible for preparing KPI's of all employee (Field/HO). 6.Should be responsible for preparing Succession plan of all employee (Field/HO). 7. Should be responsible for Designing the Departments/sub departments and their Induction/Training/Orientation. 8. Should be responsible for Developing & Maintaining the different Organization areas like organization structure, behavior, culture etc. 9. Any other assignment given time to time on need basis by superior Desired Candidate Profile 1. Should be Self-driven, Good negotiator, Street-smart, Team player, Out-of-the-box-thinker, Open to unlearn/relearn. 2. A candidate shall have good knowledge of Excel/spreadsheet, good presentation skill, create MIS reports, etc. 3. Policy Formulation, Implementation, Employee Engagement, Statutory compliance. 4. Should have effective communication and Comprehension skill. 5. Candidate Must be a grad with min 5 yrs of experience in HR functions & policies in the pharma sector.
