1. Overseeing the Preparation and Maintenance of all recruitment-related documents like CTC Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, etc. for potential recruits.
2. Taking care of communication between candidates/applicants and the senior management.
3. Responsible for joining formalities and conducting a thorough induction for new employees.
4. Managing payroll and ensuring maintenance and processing of the salaries confidentially and accurately.
5. Managing PF, ESI, and TDS filings.
6. Counseling and handling grievances of employees.
7. Monitoring employee attendance details and records.
8. Monitoring Claimed Expenses by On-Field Employees.
