Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Use different job portals for recruitment of international candidates
2. Screening of CVs (Must have International hiring experience)
3. Taking telephonic interview or Personal round of interview of the candidates and
seeking approval from the senior management for the profiles
4. Maintaining a datasheet of all the candidates and references in an excel sheet
5. Marking attendance for all the employees
6. CV building and resume designing
7. Making induction presentations for new employees and introducing them to the
company employees
8. Training and development of new employees
9. Making offer letters, appointment letters and termination letters
10. Making of policies and contracts
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Exceptional English communication, written as well as spoken.
2. Graduate or postgraduate
3. Recruitment and selection
4. Time management and multi-tasking
5. Editing and proofreading
6. Computer literate
7.Specialist in Head Hunting
Minimum 4+yrs of experience is mandatory
