Job Description
Knowledge of Talent acquisition , Recruitment, scheduling interviews, Selection, and hiring processes.
Knowledge of posting job ads on Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc and organising resumes and job applications
Payroll Cycle Management, attendance & leave, end to end handling of payroll processing including, TDS, reimbursement, advances, and other deductions.
Payroll reporting CTC variances, attrition, absenteeism, Headcount, and other related reportings.
Maintaining and regularly updating master database.
Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations
Responsible for timely submission of returns and statistical data under various labour and employment acts.
Maintain Liaison with Govt. And non- govt. Organization, local & state labour dept., police station , EPF, ESIC ,Licensing & Inspecting authorities etc.
Conducting Domestic inquiry and taking disciplinary actions. Resolving grievances and/or escalating to the right level depending on the nature of grievance.
Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
Induction training experience required as an Mandatory basis.
Issuance of reply of various legal notices
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and aptitude in problem-solving
Good knowledge of computer application& HR related softwares
Candidate will be responsible for filling the required posts on time.
