We are a Healthcare IT company of 150 employees, looking for a HR candidate who will be solely responsible for below responsibilities
Coordinate with recruitment consultants for interviews
New Joinee Formalities/Exit formalities/Induction
Maintaining the Employee Master system {Salary, Designation, etc.}
Manage the HR system, update new employee & data management {attendance, Leaves, Extra Working}
Filing and Tracking the KRA for every quarter
Tracking Performance management data
Drafting & Updating HR Policies applicable to Employee and Employer as per the Law
Processing Salary, compensation & benefits, Leave Encashment.
Rolling out Annual Appraisal and computing the appraised salary structure/Arrears/Incentives
Issue all relevant documents to employees Offer, Appraisal Letters, Reliving letters, Incentive letters, etc.
Track and coordinate Statutory Compliance (PF) with the PF Consultant
Coordinate Employee Insurance Company & Keeping a track on addition/Deletion/ Expiry of claim status.
Managing And administrating the Admin team & Admin activities
Initiate and facilitate employee welfare Programs like:
New Employee engagement initiative,
Recognition of Monthly Performer
Employee & client satisfaction survey rollout
Annual day event
Picnic & Indoor / Outdoor Activities
Month end Friday birthday events
