We are a startup looking for an experienced HR Generalist with complete experience in formulating HR Policies, well versed with employee incentives, R&R and help us design organisational structure with controlled costs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Preparation of HR Strategy, implementing the same on HR Systems, Processes, and Policies.
Responsible for carrying out end-to-end Performance Management.
Handling end-to-end Talent Acquisition responsibilities carrying out recruitment process via Off campus and On-Campus hiring, initiating background verification etc.
Conducting various Employee Engagement Fun activities
Organizing Employee Feedback/Grievance Redressal activities
Carrying out various Rewards & Recognition Programs at ASM/TSM and other levels.
Managing Payroll & Attendance responsibilities with statutory compliances.
Drafting JDs, KRA and KPI sheets of the employees.
Designing HR SOPs and SLAs along with the corporate team.
Candidate from Electrical Industry preferred.
