We have requirement for the following positions:
Positions - Senior HR executive/ Junior HR Executives
Location-Vadodara
Should have a minimum 1-10 years experience
Graduation is must (MBA preferable) for Senior Executives
Bachelors (in any discipline) for Junior Executives
Should have the ability to correspond and communicate independently with clients
Ability to organize work methodically and efficiently
Good leadership ability and communication skills(verbal and written)
Should have good computer skills
Salary- Rs 1,80,000 PA - Rs 3,60,000 PA
Job profile includes-
Monitoring employee performance located at various client locations across India
Ensuring smooth operations at sites
Keeping track of attendance and leave management of employees
Ensuring client satisfaction through regular telephonic/physical interaction
Working with Payroll Software
Maintaining all HR records.
