Responsible for joining formalities and documentation.
Leave and attendance management.
Coordinating with the payroll processing team and providing input to them.
Record keeping data received from payroll processing team.
Maintaining the database of the employees.
Issuing offer letter, appointment, promotion and warning etc.
Responsible for implementation of new policies.
Escalating employees issues to management.
Exit formalities of employee.
Responsible for allotment of employee ID to new employees.
Co-coordinating with Bank representative for account opening of newly joined employees.
